About the role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Payments Platform team, responsible for building and evolving a large-scale financial infrastructure serving millions of users. You will work on core payment and banking capabilities, including accounts, wallets, balances, payment authorization, card lifecycle management, compliance integrations, and reporting services. The platform is primarily built in Ruby, and you will contribute to its evolution in a highly autonomous and product-driven environment. As part of a global engineering organization, you will collaborate closely with teammates across Brazil and France, partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric solutions. We are looking for engineers who combine strong technical fundamentals with product thinking, business awareness, and a high level of ownership.
